Consultancy for the Design of Online Infection Prevention and Control Training for Healthcare Professionals for the Caribbean Regional Field Epidemiology Laboratory Training Programme (CR-FELTP)

CARPHA was legally established in July 2011 by an Inter-governmental Agreement (IGA) signed by Heads of Caribbean Governments and began operations in January 2013. CARPHA’s functions encompass the responsibilities of five (5) previously existing regional health institutions. Work in these areas advances the public health agenda in the Region and makes a valuable and coordinated contribution to the knowledge and resources of the international health community. The purpose of this contract is to strengthen the surveillance systems of the Caribbean by building capacity in applied epidemiology and public health surveillance. More specifically, a Consultant will be engaged to develop the online course “Infection Prevention and Control Training for Healthcare Professionals”, using an asynchronous modality, targeted towards public health care professionals working within the Caribbean Region.

INVITATION
CARPHA invites eligible consultant to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultant must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services; CV, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions and any other supporting documents.
COSTING AND IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD
The maximum value of the consultancy is USD $7,000.00. The intended start date is September 2021 and the period of implementation of the contract will be Four (4) months.
