REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:

                                        

CONSULTANCY TO SUPPORT THE STRENGTHENING OF CARPHA’S WORKFORCE STRUCTURE AND WORKFORCE EFFICIENCY.

 

CONSULTANT:

 

CARPHA was legally established in July 2011 by an Inter-governmental Agreement (IGA) signed by Heads of Caribbean Governments and began operations in January 2013.  CARPHA’s functions encompass the responsibilities of five (5) previously existing regional health institutions.  Work in these areas advances the public health agenda in the Region and makes a valuable and coordinated contribution to the knowledge and resources of the international health community. The purpose of this contract is as follows: To strengthen CARPHA’s workforce structure and workforce efficiency. CARPHA is a key agent in efforts to strengthen health security in the region. The institutional capacity of CARPHA, including its workforce, must be strengthened and further developed to achieve health security in the region.

INVITATION:

 

CARPHA invites eligible consultant to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultant must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (CV, General Experience in in the Field of the assignment, Specific Experience in specific area of expertise).

 

COST AND IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD:

 

The maximum value of the consultancy is USD $40,000. The intended start date is May 2025 and the period of implementation of the contract will be four and a half (4.5) months.
